A new bespoke house on a sloping site, overlooking the valley and reservoir at Ulley, South Yorkshire.  The property is spread over three levels, with a semi basement construction to the front end due to the topography.  Insulated concrete formwork (ICF) panels are being used at all levels together with steel framing at all levels, both of which combine to provide stability and robustness to the structure.  Slender steel framing with concealed beams is being provided to meet the requirements for significant glazed areas to the elevations.  Cantilevered balconies are also supported by the steel framing with thermal breaks to the external areas.  This project is due for completion in 2019.
