We have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in this area and we can provide the structural design services you need. Whether it’s some relatively simple structural alterations or a significant change/extension to your property, we’re here.

We understand that this can be a daunting challenge and possibly the first time you will commission a building project and we would be happy to talk through the overall process with you, from statutory approvals to timing/sequencing, together with our role in it.

Typically our services to you would start with a free written quotation using background information and drawings if you have them. Please don’t worry if you have little or no information to begin with, we can work with you to ensure we understand your requirements.

Upon your acceptance of our quotation we would normally undertake a visit to familiarise ourselves with your property, followed up with a package of structural calculations and drawings to satisfy part A of the Building Regulations (structure) and also to provide your builder and architect with the information they require to fulfil their role.
We fully appreciate that the structural design solution must follow the architects’ vision and more importantly your brief, and we take this into consideration in all of our design work to provide aesthetically pleasing, sympathetic, economical and practical designs. We want to work as part of your design and construction team and we strive to be accommodating, acknowledging that every project is unique in its challenges.
